• We may require phone/email verification and may use security signals to prevent fraud and abuse.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are compromised, fraudulent, or used in violation of these Terms.

Rishtify provides tools that allow users to create profiles, discover matches, and communicate. We may use automated systems to recommend and rank profiles.

• We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, relationship outcomes, marriage outcomes, or user conduct.

• We do not verify all user-provided information and we do not perform background checks unless explicitly stated.

• You are solely responsible for your interactions and decisions, including meeting in person.

“User Content” includes your profile details, photos, messages, and anything else you submit through the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights you grant us below.

You grant Pynology, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate, improve, and promote the Service, and to enforce these Terms.

• You are responsible for the User Content you submit and represent you have all rights to provide it.

• Do not upload content you do not own or do not have permission to use.

• Some profile fields or content may be visible to other users depending on product design and settings.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Harassment, hate, threats, stalking, doxxing, bullying, or encouraging violence or self-harm.

• Fraud, scams, impersonation, catfishing, misrepresentation, or attempts to obtain money or sensitive data from users.

• Posting illegal content, sexually exploitative content, or non-consensual intimate imagery.

• Spam, bulk messaging, unsolicited promotions, or solicitation without our permission.

• Scraping, data mining, crawling, reverse engineering, or bypassing access controls.

• Creating multiple accounts to evade enforcement, or using the Service to violate laws or third-party rights.

• Uploading malware, interfering with the Service, or attempting unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

We may remove content and take enforcement action (including suspension or termination) at our discretion if we believe there is a violation or risk to safety.

We may use automated systems and human review to enforce these Terms, moderate content, prevent abuse, and maintain platform integrity.

• Users may report profiles, messages, and conduct. We may investigate and take action.

• We may preserve evidence (e.g., content, logs) to investigate abuse and comply with legal obligations.

• We may cooperate with law enforcement or regulators when legally required or to protect safety.

The Service may offer paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases. Prices and features may change.

• Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., app stores or Stripe).

• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation instructions shown at purchase.

• Refunds are subject to the policy of the platform/payment processor used for the purchase and applicable law.

If you purchased through an app store, manage subscriptions and refund requests through that store’s account settings.

The Service, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Pynology, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, social login providers, app stores). We do not control those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, pose a risk to other users, or create legal or security risk for the Service.

• Termination may result in loss of access to your account, matches, and messages.

• We may retain certain information as described in our Privacy Policy (e.g., for security, legal compliance, and dispute resolution).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Pynology, Inc. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES A DIFFERENT AMOUNT.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pynology, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service or your User Content;

• Your violation of these Terms;

• Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party;

• Your interactions with other users, including disputes and incidents.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Unless prohibited by law, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the jurisdiction associated with California, United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page (or when otherwise notified). Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
